Partner with us
Your client needs numbers. We do numbers.
Casela Advisors works alongside the bankers, professionals, investors and software companies who sit around the same clients we do. If your business touches ours, there is a partner track for you.
In short: Casela Advisors, a Chartered Accountant Firm in Navi Mumbai and Thane, runs four partner tracks — banking and insurance, fellow professionals, investment advisors, and software companies. Partners refer clients who need accounting, taxation, audit or regulatory compliance, and we deliver the financial work that makes their mandate possible.
Why it works
You keep the relationship. We do the compliance.
A partnership only lasts if it is worth something to both sides. Here is the honest version of what each side gets.
From us
- A named chartered accountant handling your referred clients, not a rotating junior
- Turnaround commitments agreed in writing before work starts
- Fixed, transparent fees your client sees upfront — no surprise billing that reflects badly on you
- Work delivered under our own engagement, so your professional liability stays yours and ours stays ours
- Referrals back, wherever our clients need what you do
- Confidentiality as a professional obligation under the Chartered Accountants Act
From you
- A genuine introduction, not a cold list — the client should know why they are being referred
- Clarity on what the client actually needs, so we can quote accurately the first time
- Honesty about deadlines. A referral three days before a due date helps nobody
- Your own compliance in order — we verify registration and standing before formalising anything
- Agreement on how the client relationship is handled, in writing, before the first file
On fee-sharing: ICAI regulations restrict how chartered accountants may share fees or pay commissions for client referrals. Any commercial arrangement must be structured to comply with the current ICAI Code of Ethics — we will tell you plainly what is and is not permissible before anything is agreed. Have this reviewed by someone familiar with the current regulations.
Who we partner with
Four tracks. Pick the one that describes your business.
Each track opens its own short registration form. If none of them fit, use the general enquiry at the bottom and we will route you.
Banking & Insurance
For banks, NBFCs, DSAs and insurers whose applicants need CMA data, projected financials, stock audit or clean books before a facility can be sanctioned. We prepare bankable financials and send you applicants whose compliance already stands up to scrutiny.
Professional Association
For company secretaries, cost accountants, advocates and consultants who want to co-serve clients across disciplines. You keep your specialism and your client relationship; we take the accounting, tax, audit, GST and ROC filing that sits outside it.
Investments
For investment advisors, wealth managers, PE and VC firms, family offices and brokers whose portfolio companies need valuation reports, financial due diligence or transaction structuring. Bring the mandate; we produce numbers that hold up in a data room.
Software Companies
For accounting, ERP, fintech and SaaS companies serving Indian businesses that need an implementation, compliance or referral partner on the ground in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Refer customers who need finance-ops set up properly, or integrate our workflow with your product.
How it works
Four steps from registration to first referral.
Register your track
Two minutes on the form for your track. We ask what your business does, who your clients are and what you typically need on the accounting side.
Introductory call
A short call to establish where our work genuinely overlaps and where it does not. We will tell you honestly if there is no real fit rather than adding you to a list.
Written arrangement
Scope, turnaround commitments, how client relationships and confidentiality are handled, and any commercial terms — structured to comply with ICAI regulations. Nothing verbal.
First referral
You introduce the client, we quote a fixed fee, and you get told when the work is done. Most partners start with one file to see how it goes before sending more.
Capability
What your referred client actually gets.
GST, income tax and TDS compliance
Registration and return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, tax audit under Section 44AB, advance tax, TDS returns and representation on notices and assessments.
Statutory, internal and stock audit
Statutory audit under the Companies Act 2013, internal audit and controls review, and stock and receivables audit for bank-financed working capital facilities.
Incorporation and ROC compliance
Private limited, LLP and OPC incorporation, annual ROC filing, director changes, share transfers and the registrations a new entity needs in Maharashtra.
Financials for lending and investment
CMA data and projected financials for credit facilities, valuation reports, financial due diligence and the clean historical books a lender or investor will ask to see.
Bookkeeping, payroll and virtual CFO
Monthly accounting in Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks, payroll with PF, ESIC and professional tax, MIS reporting and ongoing finance-function support.
Partnership questions
What partners ask before signing up.
Will you take my client away?
No, and we put that in writing. The arrangement sets out that the client relationship remains yours and that we do not approach referred clients for services outside the agreed scope without your knowledge. This is the first question every partner asks, and it deserves a documented answer rather than a verbal assurance.
Is there a fee for becoming a partner?
No. Registration and the introductory call cost nothing. Fees are only ever charged to the end client for work actually performed, at a rate quoted and agreed before that work begins.
Do you pay referral commission?
ICAI regulations restrict how chartered accountants may share fees or pay for client referrals, and those rules bind us regardless of what other arrangements you may have seen elsewhere. We will explain exactly what structure is permissible for your type of business during the introductory call rather than promising something we cannot lawfully deliver.
I am a chartered accountant myself. Why would I partner rather than compete?
Capacity and specialism. Practices routinely refer work out during peak filing season, or when a client needs something outside their core — a stock audit, a valuation, a GST department representation. A reciprocal arrangement means that work stays within a known relationship instead of going to whoever the client finds online.
How quickly do you respond to a referred client?
We aim to contact a referred client within one working day and to return a fixed-fee quote within two. During peak filing periods this can extend, and we will tell you upfront rather than letting your client wait without explanation.
Do partners have to be in Thane or Navi Mumbai?
No. Filing under GST, income tax and the Companies Act is entirely online, so we work with partners across Maharashtra and other states. Our physical presence in Airoli and Thane West matters when a referred client needs an in-person audit, a stock verification or a meeting.
Not sure which track?
Start with one email and we will route you.
Tell us what your business does and who your clients are. If there is no genuine overlap, we will say so rather than adding you to a list you never hear from again.
