Where are Casela Advisors' offices located?
We have two offices. The Navi Mumbai office is at Tower C, Empire Tower, Reliable Tech Park, Gavate Wadi, MIDC, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400708. The Thane office is at Lodha iThink Techno Campus, Pokharan Road No. 2, off Eastern Express Highway, Chirag Nagar, Thane West 400607. Both are visited by appointment — call ahead on +91 98190 00227.
Which office should I go to?
Whichever is closer. If you are in Airoli, Ghansoli, Rabale, Kopar Khairane, Vashi or the TTC Industrial Area, the Navi Mumbai office is easier. If you are in Thane West, Majiwada, Kolshet, Ghodbunder Road, Naupada or Mulund, use the Thane office. The same people handle your file regardless of which one you visit.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first 20-minute call or meeting carries no fee and no obligation. Its purpose is to establish what is pending, what it will take to clear it, and whether we are the right firm for your requirement. If we are not, we will say so.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Last year's income tax return and financial statements, your GST login or last filed returns, the certificate of incorporation or partnership deed if applicable, and any notices you have received. If you do not have these to hand, come anyway — we can work out the position from your PAN and GSTIN.
Do I have to visit an office at all?
No. Filing under GST, income tax and the Companies Act is entirely online, and most of our engagements run on shared drives, email and scheduled calls. We meet in person when the work genuinely benefits from it — audit fieldwork, stock verification, or a first meeting where seeing the operation helps.
When can I contact you?
Any time — we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Many of our salaried and NRI clients prefer evening, night or Sunday calls, and we schedule those in advance. Office visits are by appointment, so call ahead and we will confirm a slot that suits you.
How quickly do you respond to emails?
Within one working day in normal weeks. During peak filing periods — the weeks before 31 July, 30 September and 31 October — it may take up to two. If a notice deadline is close, mark the subject line urgent and we will prioritise it.
